Nurtured At Home Care provide broad range of care services. We continuously take feedback from our clients and offer a person-centred care service to our service users.
Our main goal is to improve health and wellbeing of our service user by respecting their views, opinion and their care needs. We ensure privacy, dignity and self-respect of the service users are at the centre of care.
We recruit skilled, knowledgeable and experienced care workers who are passionate, and empathic. All care staffs go though a rigorous recruitment and selection process. We provide our care workers and staff all mandatory training and put on continuous professional development.
We have clear aims, objectives and vision, and all of our staff are committed and have understanding to the vision and expected behaviour. We are committed to continuous learning and improvement; training and support are provided to staff. We have policies and procedures in place to offer a caring, effective, well led, safe and responsive services to our service users. All our services fall under the scope of Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- To provide personal and domestic care and support to individuals who use our service so that they are able to live as independent and comfortable life in their own homes.
- To provide care and support to people who use our service in a manner that enables them to either maintain or enhance their quality of life.
- To recruit, train and maintain highly skilled and dedicated care staff who will provide quality care and support that is value for money and meets the requirements of the relevant regulations and standards requirements.
- To contribute to the initiatives and Strategic Plan of Borough of Broxbourne to provide value for money and quality home care services to local vulnerable adults.
- To build and maintain a strong and effective leadership and management structure that will facilitate good leadership culture to drive good and positive outcomes for the people who use our service.
- To use some of the profits to support local charity organisations that share the same values, principles and objectives as ours.
At Nurtured At Home Care, our ultimate goal is to enrich service user's lifestyle in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. We think our service approach is uniquely different, as we get detaining with a starting point to fully appreciate each person as an individual with strengths, preferences and aspirations putting them at the centre of the process and enabling them to lead a full life. We work in collaboration with family, health and social care professional to develop support plan. Our aim is to give your more choice and control over how your care is delivered.

It is such a relief to find a care provider who is sincerely motivated to provide a high quality service and that those in charge take such a personal interest in my mum. Communication and logistical organisation are excellent. The carer herself does the job as a calling and does all tasks willingly, kindly, patiently and very well. A huge thank you.
I believe that being able to stay in her own home, with control over how she lives her life, is vitally important for her wellbeing. Her care assistant Mercy a is very bubbly, a real character, and my mum has always had a good sense of humour too. In the middle of mum’s confusion and frustration Mercy can make her laugh and lighten the mood and she is always finding ways to make my mum bright again.
I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.
